How To Use It - 1, Set the operation mode to ALL METAL, DISC to counter clockwise end, SENS to high position. 2,Hold the search coil parallel with the ground about 1-5cm about the surface. 3, Sweep the search coil from side to side in an arc line of 7cm motion. 4,When the detector detects a buried target, it will beep(make a sound). Make a visual note of exact spot on the ground to mark it. 5,Stop search coil directly over this point. Move the search coil straight forward away from you and straight back towards you a couple of times. 6,Meanwhile, slowly rotate the DISC control clockwise away from ALL METAL until detector doesn't sound or becomes short tone. Then you can identify what kind of metal you detect according to the setting position of DISC. 7,A reference for you to know what kind of metal is rejected depending on the DISC setting.
