Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional minute. Mixture will be thin. Remove from heat and pour equally into four ramekin dishes. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Just before serving, sprinkle caramelizing sugar evenly onto the Crème Brulée. Hold torch flame 1 to 2 inches from the surface at an angle. Move torch continuously across sugar surface.
