Darbo Black Currant Fruit Syrup

Though less commonly used in the US, black currant is a highly prized flavor in Europe. This syrup features the bold tart, fruity, almost red-wine-esque flavor of black currant along with its deep purple color. Use it as a sauce for desserts (especially ice cream, panna cotta, cheesecake, etc), a cocktail mixer, or stir some into dry sparkling wine or sparkling water for an easy, elegant beverage.
