Dandelion (called also common dandelion) is a weed that grows in gardens and meadows. The plant is well known for its yellow flower heads that turn into round balls. In foods, dandelion is used as salad greens and in soups and wines. To make a tea, place 1 tsp of Dandelion Leaf into a pot and pour 200 ml hot water (but not boiling) and allow to soak for 5-15 minutes. Strain the beverage and serve dandelion tea hot or cold. You can add stevia powder or honey to sweeten the mixture.
