Our oil is of the highest quality: it is made from freshly harvested coconuts, and cold-pressed at low temperatures using our rotary extraction method. This preserves all the nutrients including antioxidants and beneficial MCTs. Our coconut trees grow on the fertile banks of the river Kaveri, in southern India. We work with small and marginal organic farmers, who have been growing crops organically for generations in their family owned farms. They grow heirloom varieties that are suited to the local climate, using sustainable farming methods that conserve rain water and soil fertility, and preserve the region’s rich biodiversity. Coconut oil is considered a super-food in southern India. Coconut Oil has a melting point at 75°F and may reach you in solid or liquid form, and is safe to consume in either form.
