Products thickened with Crisp Film dry into a crispy glass at room temperature. It forms clear, flexible films with excellent sheen that are fast-drying and flavor-free. It acts as a protective barrier when used as a coating for fried foods. Crisp Film may be used to impart internal bonding strength and texture to formed potato, meat, and vegetable products.
