Cowberry, knows also as lingonberry, partridgeberry, mountain cranberry, is a native plant to taiga and Arctic tundra in Eurasia and North America. The plant is part of the same family as the bilberry and cranberry. The fruit of Cowberry is popular in Central and North Europe used in jams, juices, syrups, sauce. To make a tea, take 1 tsp of Cowberry Leaf, put in the pot and pour 250 ml boiling water. Leave to brew for about 15 minutes. After this time strain the leaves, add some honey or stevia powder and drink.
