Falafel is very popular in the Middle East as a fast food. The falafel patties are topped with salads, pickled vegetables and drizzled with tahini-based sauces. Cooking Instructions: Add 1 cup of water to 1 cup of the Falafel dry mixture then mix and let stand 120 minutes. Form patties with wetted hands and deep fry in hot vegetable oil until gold brown color is obtained (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and serve Falafel patties with fresh vegetables, Cortas Pickles and Tahina Sauce.
