Connecticut U.S. State Quarter Domed Coin Pendant Necklace Charter Oak Tree 1999

This coin was made from an authentic U.S State quarter dollar coin. The coin represents the state of Connecticut and depicts the historic Charter Oak tree on the coin. The coin you receive might not be the exact coin pictured. It will be a Connecticut quarter made by the same process. Expect slight differences. After I cleaned, polished, and drilled the coin, I domed it. The metal was oxidized, without the use of chemicals, to darken the metal. Buffing the darkened metal enhanced the design on the coin giving it a smooth, shiny patina. The domed quarter coin has a diameter of 7/8 inch (23mm). It hangs by a sturdy antique-silver ring from a 24 inch (60.9cm) rhodium-plated cable chain. The chain can be shortened upon request.
