The 100% natural oil derivatives and solvent free acrylic emulsion chemistry penetrates to fill the pores or fibers of the substrate to effectively seal out moisture, yet allows moisture vapors to escape which helps prevent premature degradation.
This advanced chemistry uses less material yielding a higher spread rate since you are not building a film. It will enhance your stained or natural substrate finish and won't make it look like a plastic or fake surface. Acri-Soy dries fast, typically within 30 to 60 minutes for a quick return to service and saves hours of labor time.
Once the sealer is cured, our unique proprietary resins have blocking properties that helps resist efflorescence formation on concrete and masonry surfaces. The natural oil resins also act as a natural preservative that restores some of the lost function of sap to preserve wood substrates.
