They are also Vegan, never tested on animals, and are all around cruelty free. Lightly buff the nails, removing the natural shine. Apply (1) PRIME BOND, brush lightly and ensure full coverage. Immediately dip finger into the powder. Remove any excess powder from the nail and finger. Reapply (1) PRIME BOND. Immediately dip finger into the powder. Remove any excess powder from the nail and finger. Apply (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR, allow one minute for the curing process (no LED/UV light needed) Shape and file. Buff the surface to a smooth finish. Apply (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR, allow one minute for the liquid to dry Quickly apply (3) FINISH GLOSS in as little strokes as possible and light brush pressure. After a few seconds, reapply (3) FINISH GLOSS. Allow 1-2 minutes for (3) FINISH GLOSS to dry.
