Geisha is internationally recognized as an exotic varietal among specialty coffees. With notes of lime, passion fruit, mango, tangerine peel, blueberry, and white wine, its acidity is bright and its sweetness is natural. It originates from the Antioquia department, harvested at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, on La Gabriela farm. It undergoes a specialized process, which involves open-tank fermentation for 144 hours before being washed. Subsequently, it undergoes a natural drying process on African beds, exposed to the sun and wind for a minimum of 30 days, achieving the optimal humidity characteristic of this variety. Following this, the coffee is carefully roasted just before being sealed in a double package that ensures the preservation of the quality and unique characteristics of this exceptional varietal. Our external packaging is made of sugarcane leaves, and because of that, it is 100% COMPOSTABLE.
