- Brew Your Own Coffee
- When making a manual brew, place your brewer and filter on the coffee scale and press the peel button to reset the display to zero.
- Add your ground coffee. You will now know exactly how much coffee you have, and therefore how much water you need to add.
- Reset the display to zero again and press the "time" key . Then start the pour.
- Make a note - the weight of the coffee powder, water and the pour time.
