Citra (US) Hop Pellets 1 oz Musky tropical fruit and strong citrus make this a great flavor/aroma hop. High Alpha hop with smooth bittering and Floral citrusy tropical fruit / leechee fruit aroma and flavor (think mango papaya and pineapple). Best known as a dry hop in Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA. Usage: Dual Typical Beer Styles: American pale amber IPA Typical Alpha Acid: 12 - 16% Possible Substitutions Cascade Centennial New Zealand Green Bullet New Zealand Pacific Gem or possibly Chinook Ahtanum.
