Instruction: 1. Put thumb in hole. Note the metal plate is in the palm and the wider straps is in the bottom. 2. Paste velcro. Paste the wider staps tight to avoid the plate slip. Usual Suggestion: Please don't use when there is a wound on skin to prevent against inflammation. There is some smell as the material, which will fade after sereval washes.
