These humble and reliable acres provide over 15,000 taps which produce the most pure and lovely syrup that only sweet dreams are made of. The Farm has been in our family for five generations, which once was a working dairy farm and where the prettiest of horses still roam. It is this very sense of family which makes our labor of sugaring so heartfelt and dearly valued. We value family and every little drop of sweetness that our trees freely offer.
