Chief Amchar Massala 3oz (Single Bag) Product of Trinidad & Tobago

Amchar masala is a Trini spice, similar to the Indian spices used for pickling. In it, fenugreek, black peppercorns, coriander, fennel seeds, cumin and brown mustard seeds are toasted and then ground. Use with your green mangoes, tamarind or golden apples to make the tastiest amchar. You can also add it to your curry powder when cooking your meats and seafood for added flavour. Amchar is a great spice to experiment with as it can be added to almost anything!
