Chickadee Pendant Woodland Forest Bird Necklace

In Cherokee mythology a Chickadee is associated with truth and knowledge, and the arrival of a chickadee is thought to warn of danger or foretell the future. In many Plains Indian tribes, chickadees are symbols of success, and it is considered good luck to see or hear one, particularly in a dream or vision. The original collage was a combination of water colors, acrylics and vintage papers. A one inch in diameter pendant featuring a print of an original collage of mine. The print has been printed in archival quality inks on my Epson printer. It is not waterproof so please remove before swimming or bathing. It is set into a gunmetal colored pendant and covered with a clear glass bezel. A matching gunmetal chain measures 24". This will come packaged in a box.
