With this flexible grilling basket, you can place any cut of meat (or even several!) inside and maneuver it over your grill easily. Awkward or delicate cuts that are a challenge for tongs can be flipped with a turn of the wrist! The interlocking non-stick-coated steel links on the sides of the basket expand to securely hold whatever you put inside. This basket can be used on charcoal, gas, or electric grills. USE: To open, slide the locking ring down the handle and open the sides of the basket. Place food inside, and close the basket. Slide the locking ring back up to secure. Cook your food on the grill according to your recipe. CARE: Wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak. Periodically moisturize wood parts by applying mineral oil.
