The perforations in the grids allow juices to drain & also create temperature zones, with the middle of the grid getting the hottest. Food should be placed in the middle for searing & closer to edges if less heat is preferred. Includes one small & one medium grid. Made of durable steel. Dishwasher safe. Use: pre-heat your lightly oiled grilling grid over medium-high on your grill. Place the food that you would like to cook onto the grid & flip food as necessary until it is cooked through.
