An authentic and organic ground Chai Masala that’s perfect for making tea, baking, or sprinkling on your favorite sweets like french toast, pancakes or cookies. Our Indian spices and mixes are always fresh, made in house in small batches. Organic Ingredients: Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, clove, star anise How to make Chai tea with these organic Chai spices (1-2 black tea bags needed): 1) In a saucepan, add 1.5-2 teaspoons of Chai Town into 3 cups water, bring to boil. 2) Reduce heat to medium-low, partially cover pan & simmer gently 10 minutes. 3) Remove from heat. Add 1-2 black tea bags & steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. 4) Add milk & sugar to your liking. Bring tea back to simmer over high heat, whisking until sugar dissolves. Strain chai & serve hot.
