CGA320 G1-2 CO2 Cylinder Refill Adapter Fill Station Connector Kit for Filling Soda Maker Sodastream Tank

Specification: Material: Brass Working pressure: 3000 PSI Thread For Large CO2 Tank: CGA320 G1/2-14 Fits soda stream tank thread: TR21-4 Package Included: 1 x CO2 tank refill station 1 x Bag of spare gaskets 1 x Manual Instructions : 1.Place the gasket in the connector,confirm the inlet valve and release valve are closed,rotating the pin switch of small cylinder adapter to the top. 2.Connect the big co2 tank. 3.Connect the small cylinder. 4.Rotate the pin switch of the adapter to the bottom to completely open the cylinder valve. 5.open the inlet valve(the first valve from big tank,not the big tank handwheel). 6.VERY SLOWLY open the handwheel of your big tank listening for a small hiss. When hissing stops, open a little more until it's all the way open.Wait about 30-60 seconds until you hear no gas flows, filling can be complete. (Please Refer to NOTE:) 7.Once refilling is complete,stop the CO2 by turning the handwheel. 8. Isolate the SodaStream cylinder by rotating the pin switch to the top. 9. Release the residual gas by opening the escape valve. 10. Remove the small cylinder. 11.Repeat the refill process for each cylinder NOTE: 1.SodaStream cylinders have filling protection valve to prevent you from refilling them.Unlike the other cylinder valves, this valve must be filled with a slow increase in pressure.If you open the handwheel too fast, you may need to close donor cylinder, bleed the line and start over. 2.If your large tank doesn't has a siphon tube,you should turn it upside down. 3.The cylinder should be empty.Pre Cooled cartridges will get quite full. 4.If the small tank still cannot be inflated even follow the instructions to operate, we recommend replacing the thin thimble tank.
