Cattani Olivewood Balsamic Vinegar 85 fl oz 250ml

This premium vinegar is made from indigenous grapes from the Cattani’s own vineyard in the Modenese hills. It is aged for just over 8 years in oak and then finished in olivewood barrels. Delicate, but well defined, sweet and earthy flavor uniquely imparted by the olivewood. Pairs well with red meats and pork. For an original antipasto, drizzle Olivewood on a platter of fresh figs and gorgonzola cheese.
