Cat's Claw is a vine with hook-like thorns that resemble the claws of a cat. It's also known under the name uña de gato. Native to the Amazon and Central American rainforests, Cat’s Claw Bark has been used for centuries by South Americans. To make a Cat’s Claw Bark tea, boil a cup of water (200 ml) and pour into a cup, along with a few drops of lemon juice. Add 1-2 tsp Cat's Claw Bark. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add 1 tsp of honey or a dash of spices to boost the taste.
