Beatrix Rose is named after Beatrix Rose Farrand (1872-1959). Beatrix is widely regarded as the most accomplished landscape architect of her time and the only female founder of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Her talents can be seen all over the United States, from college campuses to the rose gardens of the White House and the New York Botanical Garden. She was a true pioneer and having one of these floral perfumes named after her seems only fitting.
