Our Uncontrolled Good Shepherd seasoning creates delicious grilled lamb dishes that work beautifully and taste stunning with some extra spice. We start with Uncontrolled Chain Reaction and round it off with all-natural ingredients like black pepper, mustard, and some earthy, aromatic spices to make this blend the perfect companion to the natural flavors in lamb. Uncontrolled Good Shepherd is a very low salt blend, so turn up the heat as much as you'd like. You'll only bring out the flavor of your lamb, never overpower or over-salt it! When we formulated Uncontrolled Good Shepherd we had lamb chops and leg of lamb in mind. When added to a dash of lightly sprinkled pink Himalayan salt, a healthy dose of Uncontrolled Good Shepherd creates a mouthwatering charbroiled lamb chop that is tender enough to fall off the bone. This blend is perfect for smoking, grilling, sous vide and searing, baking, or roasting. NOTE: There is a milder version of Uncontrolled Good Shepherd called Good Shepherd.
