This Carlisle 607160CS lid fits Carlisle 607164 and 607166 DuraPan sixth-size food pans (sold separately). It is made of heavy-gauge 18-8 grade stainless steel for heat retention and resistance to corrosion and measures 6-1/4 x 6-7/8 inches (L x W). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It has a slot on the edge for placing a ladle or other utensil and a recessed handle to allow stacking.
