Handmade wire hearts for wall decor - wall art - trio wire hearts How to Hang Wire Signs on a Wall There are a number of different ways to hang the signs up, meaning you can choose the method most appropriate for your project. 1. Mounting with Nails  Mark the spot on your wall  Mark the spot on your wall where you want to hang the sign. Press your sign to the wall and move it around until you’re happy with the position.  Make marks on your wall where the nails will go Create small pencil marks on the wall that correspond with the holes in the back of your sign. To make sure the marks are accurate, use a tape measure to find the distance between them and compare them to the distance between the holes in your sign.  Hammer nails into the marked areas.  Grab a nail, hold it up against one of your marks and, with a hammer, gently pound it into the wall. Leave enough of the nail exposed that you can easily hang your sign on it. Repeat this for each mark.  Hang your sign on the nails. 2. For Glass, wood, marble, metal, plastic, ceramic tile - Using Adhesives  Mark the spot where you want to hang the sign  Choose the adhesive tape: You should choose transparent double sided adhesive tape to stick these wire sign on.   Using scissors , cut out the tape to fit the width of the sign. Transparent double sided adhesive tape, with protective film on one end. Peel the plastic sheet of the tape and stick it on the wall, then peel off the protective film and stick the sign on.
