You'll need a shirt with a French cuff. In order to put on cufflinks, begin by putting your shirt on and making sure the "toggle" (swiveling part) is parallel to the posts it is attached to. Take one sleeve and line up the holes at the bottom of the sleeve. Place the cufflink through both holes at the same time. Then, swivel the toggle to form a T shape.
