BLEND DESCRIPTION Our Caffé D'arte Decaf Medium Roast Ground Coffee is crafted specifically for drip coffee makers. Roasted in the Pacific NW with traditional Italian methods perfected over generations, and packed for freshness. A medium-dark roast with hints of sweet chocolate. The flavor and richness will surprise most any decaf drinker. Bold and smooth without the caffeine. This coffee is preground for drip brewing. THE ROASTING PROCESS What makes Caffé D’arte espresso and drip coffees so unique? It’s simple - the art of roasting coffee. It starts with over 33 years of farmer and distributor relationships, based on quality and trust, to get the best beans. Then each varietal that we choose (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, etc.) is individually roasted. Each varietal is roasted to the specifications of our family recipes to reach peak color and caramelization. After roasting, we then post-blend the different coffees to produce a unique flavor profile for each of our signature blends. This handcrafted approach is time-intensive but creates a coffee with a complex and full-bodied flavor.
