BLEND DESCRIPTION Our Caffé D'arte Firenze Medium-Light Roast Whole Bean Coffee is crafted with high quality beans. Roasted in the Pacific NW with traditional Italian methods perfected over generations, and packed for freshness. Our Firenze is the lightest of our espresso blends and draws its inspiration from Northern Italy. Ideal for straight espresso, americanos, and macchiatos. Bright, yet mild, with pointed hints of baker’s chocolate. THE ROASTING PROCESS What makes Caffé D’arte espresso and drip coffees so unique? It’s simple - the art of roasting coffee. It starts with over 33 years of farmer and distributor relationships, based on quality and trust, to get the best beans. Then each varietal that we choose (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, etc.) is individually roasted. Each varietal is roasted to the specifications of our family recipes to reach peak color and caramelization. After roasting, we then post-blend the different coffees to produce a unique flavor profile for each of our signature blends. This handcrafted approach is time-intensive but creates a coffee with a complex and full-bodied flavor.
