BLEND DESCRIPTION Our Caffé D'arte Abruzzo Medium Roast Ground Coffee is crafted with high quality 100% Arabica beans. Roasted in the Pacific NW with traditional Italian methods perfected over generations, and packed for freshness. This blend offers a delicate aroma and clean taste with subtle earthy and winey undertones. Abruzzo finishes with a soft flavor profile that is perfect for those relaxing weekend mornings. This coffee is preground for drip brewing. THE ROASTING PROCESS What makes Caffé D’arte espresso and drip coffees so unique? It’s simple - the art of roasting coffee. It starts with over 33 years of farmer and distributor relationships, based on quality and trust, to get the best beans. Then each varietal that we choose (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, etc.) is individually roasted. Each varietal is roasted to the specifications of our family recipes to reach peak color and caramelization. After roasting, we then post-blend the different coffees to produce a unique flavor profile for each of our signature blends. This handcrafted approach is time-intensive but creates a coffee with a complex and full-bodied flavor.
