For more than fifty years, the Sanchez family has been evolved in the coffee roasting business in costa Rica. During these many years, we have accumulated a vast experience in the true art of roasting costa Rican coffee. This experience, combated with an unsurpassed knowledge of coffee, has given us the tools to accurately select the finest costa Rican Arabian variety of coffee beans. Using only these beans, we have produced the much sought-after Sanchez gran reserve. The Sanchez gran reserve beans are slowly roasted, in small batches, by our most experienced roast master in order to insure achieving the optimum in flavor. The roasted beans are then packaged in our state-of-the-art packaging machines and monitored continually to guarantee absolute freshness for the consumer. Each year, we restrict the production of the Sanchez gran reserve to a limited quantity for world-wide consumption. Each bag is numbered and "signed" by the roast master to ensure its authenticity.
