Cafe De Olla is the authentic coffee that envelops all of the tradition of Mexico's ancestral recipes. Pure coffee is roasted and ground then mixed with the optimal amounts of sweetener and spices to give the flavor of coffee typical of southern and central Mexico. Instructions: For Drip Coffee Maker: Use 2 tablespoons of Cafe De Olla per cup. We recommend you not exceed filling half way up the filter. Serve in a regular cup or traditional Mexican clay cup. You can add some liqueur or an orange slice. Traditional Preparation: In a traditional Mexican clay cooking pot add 2 tablespoons of Cafe De Olla per cup while the water is boiling, stir well and then turn off the heat. Let the coffee rest for 5 minutes. Strain well and serve.
