This edition was published by Charles Scribner's sons, 1911, and the cover art by N. C. Wyeth. Newell Convers Wyeth (October 22, 1882 - October 19, 1945), was an American artist and illustrator and a student of Howard Pyle. He illustrated 112 books and did over 3000 paintings.
