Alphonse Maria Mucha (1860 - 1939) was a Czech art Nouveau painter. However, he did a great many posters and prints. The period of his work has become known as the Belle Epoque.The snow queen(danish: Snedronningen) is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875). the tale was first published 21 December 1844 in new fairy tales. The story centers on the struggle between good and evil as experienced by a little boy and girl, Kai and Gerda.
