This design is embossed on the outside of the well, handle, and outside of the bell. The well is a water crock container with a subtle fill line for the perfect amount of water to seal the butter tub and keep the butter fresh and great to use with a spreader. Unlike a traditional covered butter dish that holds only one stick of butter, this butter spreader dispenser holds 1.75 sticks!
