Texas-style BBQ with real hickory flavor for that great ranch house taste.  New Mexico chili powder, black pepper, red paprika, golden brown sugar, tantalizing garlic, cumin and a host of hand-selected spices will enhance the flavor of your beef, lamb, pork, chicken or fish.   How Would You Use It? ? Beef Brisket And Roasts: Put on a heavy coating and let it soak into the meat. Time is your friend for a thick roast.  Up to 2 days.? Whole Chicken Breasts, Thighs And Wings: The Dallas works well on all the parts of a chicken and makes amazing Rotisserie chicken too. ? Chicken Tenders: Either cook or grill them with just the seasoning, or cook them like fried chicken, But you can also wrap a piece of bacon around them and after cooking glaze them with either sauce or heated up apricot or cherry jam for an amazing flavor. ? Fried Chicken: Put the rub on the chicken and let it marinade itn the meat. Then put a coating on and cook as you normally would. After this you wont look at chicken joints  the same way again. ? Prime Rib: Put a heavy coating on and let it set into the meat for up to 2 days in the fridge. The prime will be juicy and fatty but also spicy and garlicky. This has a lot of chili powder so you have to like that flavor. ? Spicy Mustard: Mix some into yellow mustard with extra brown sugar for a spiced mustard. ? Hotel Butter: Mix into room temperature butter or margarine to put on meat for a finish. For a bonus stir in lime juice and spread on hot corn on the cob for an amazing experience. BBQ Rub Ingredients: Salt, Brown Sugar, New Mexico Chili Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Natural Hickory Smoke Extract, Spices
