BSG Hand Craft Mocha Liquid Oak Tannin, 4 oz. for Award Winning Wines - Adds a touch of nutty chocolate. Brings out the character of a heavy toast barrel. Slightly smoky with chocolate coffee undertones. Contains only water and tannin from 3 year old seasoned French oak. Usage: Bench/taste trials are the best way to determine proper dosage for your wine. Generally one may use 0.66 oz per 5 - 7.5 gal of wine; less with white wines. Mix directly into finished wine 2 weeks prior to bottling. 4 ounce bottle
