Browne 4" Quarter-Size Anti-Jam Steam Pan

This anti-jam steam table pan is made of 18/8-type 304 stainless steel stainless steel material. This pan has been designed with a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. This feature is also present on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together. It provide space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending. Comes in 25-gauge and 0.5 mm thickness. NSF listed. Available in 1/4-size. Measures 4-inch depth.
