Put on mascara and wiggle the lash. APPLY BY HAND: THE OVER Place the upper lash on top of your natural lashes. Leave the upper lash and pick up the lower lash Slowly align the lower lash. APPLY BY HAND: THE UNDER Place the lower lash on the outer half of your lower lash line. Close to your waterline. Holding the lower lash in place, close your eye.
