I assume one has to carefully put the pod in so the hole lines up with the machine punch? Is it difficult? Customers answer as below A:No, is not difficult it has a mark that you can see but you have to be careful because is easy to make a mistake and put it in the wrong side. Just pay attention to the mark every time you put the pod in the machine.  B.The pod needs to be placed with the hole front and center.
