The 90-degree street elbow pipe fitting is made of brass and has a female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection and a male NPT threaded connection. It is installed between two lengths of pipe or tubing to allow a change of direction and can apply to water, gas, oil , fuel and withstand up to 100 °C (212 °F) , with a wide range of uses.
