Brady B-324 BradyGlo material is a glow-in-the-dark (photoluminescent) pressure sensitive polyester used for exit and directional signs, identification of fire alarms and extinguishers, low location egress pathway markings, and directional systems for escape or evacuations routes. In accordance with ASTM 2030-99 recommended uses of photoluminescent safety markings. Relevant standards are meets or exceeds the following standards ASTM E-2072-00 / ASTM E-2073-00, ASTM E-162, ASTM E-648, ASTM E-662, IMO resolution A.752(18), ISO/CD 15370, marine safety committee MSC.27(61), DIN 67 510 (Parts 1 - 4), and PSPA standard 002 Part 2. Meets OSHA 1910.37, Lloyd's register SAS F050294.p. Illumination is 21.6 lux (2 foot-candles) for 2 hours with a 4100K cool white fluorescent lamp. Adhesive type is pressure sensitive acrylic. Substrate type is phosphorescent polyester film. Standard legend colors are black, green, red, and blue. Adhesive properties are adhesion to stainless steel (PSTC-101), 15 minute dwell (average) - 110 ounce/inches, ultimate dwell (72hours) (average) - 110 ounce/inches. Abrasion resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. federal test method standard number 191A) is CS-10 wheels, 250g weights, Legend withstands up to 100 cycles, CS-17 wheels, 1000g weights, substrate withstands up to 9000 cycles. Gloss (ASTM D-523) is 60 degree - 121 gardner units. Legend is "SEVERE WEATHER SHELTER AREA (With Tornado Picto)". Sign measures 7" width by 10" height which is in black on green color.
