Keep away from any source of heat/water How to remove/bypass the ballast? 1. Ballast had a black and white wire on the input side (120V). It also had two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast cut all 6 wires; 2. You can then connect the two red wires to the black wire; 3. Next connect the two blue wires to the white wire; 4. For multiple bulb fixtures, just repeat the steps on the other ballasts.
