Bob's Red Mill Fruit & Seed Muesli is a new twist on the traditional Swiss cereal developed by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner in the late 1800's and early 1900's. We use only real dried fruits among the blend of seven tasty grains. Raisins, cranberries, blueberries, cherries, and coconut flakes pop with fruitiness in each bite. Sunflower, pumpkin, flax, and hemp seeds with almonds bring a nutty undertone to the cereal. Muesli can be eaten hot or cold; with milk, cream, yogurt, skyr, or juice; or snacked on straight from the bag.
