Warm tips? The remote control of sound bar need 2AAA batteries which is not included. 1. There is no sound or the volume is low. Try to turn up the volume of the sound bar and TV/phone. Because the volume of TV/phone and sound bar are separate, you need to turn up the volume of TV/phone first, and then you can turn up or down the volume of sound bar. 2. OPT connection. Select the appropriate mode on the sound bar - set the TV to PCM output (Settings > Sound/Audio > Digital Audio Format > PCM). 4. AUX connection. Connect the AUX cable to the device and the sound bar. Then switch to AUX mode via remote control. 5. The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please disable Dolby and DTS through TV audio setting or streaming video APP audio setting.
