Brewing Steps : ?Tear open the filter bag along dotted line ?Simply anchor the bag ears to any size of the cups. ?Slowly pour through the filter bag. Water temperature: 95-100C ?Water injection rate : 2Oz. +/-0.5Oz. , 2-3 Times wash. ?Wait for 2-3 minutes to extract the tea. ?Draw back the bag and enjoy hot or iced. ?Mixing instructions : 1. To make Cha Yen or Thai Iced Tea or Milk Thai Tea, mix 0.5-1oz. of sweetened condensed milk with 2-3oz. of fresh milk or half-half milk according to preference, pour milk mixture over ice, then pour the tea slowly over ice to get a beautiful double layer Thai iced tea. 2.
