Perfect for enjoying as a dip for Calabrese bread, on focaccia or drizzled on pizza. It makes a superb marinade for olives, bocconcini or feta cheese or drizzled on chicken, pork or potatoes for roasting or grilling. Excellent when used as a vinaigrette salad dressing by adding a little vinegar to pick up the flavor. Our personal favorite is pouring over some freshly made Hummus and serve with pita slices.
