The BioCare Reusable Outdoor Yellow Jacket and Wasp Trap with Bait (Model YJS) removes yellow jackets and wasps without pesticides and will not attract bees. Proven nine times more effective than other brands in independent university testing, this non-toxic trap uses all-natural food-based bait and contains yellow pigments and a special UV dye that is enticing to yellow jackets, wasps, and hornets. Side-entry holes make it easy for yellow jackets and wasps to get into the trap.
To use, simply fill the trap halfway with sugar water or non-citrus juice and then add 2 drops of dish soap and the contents of the included bait packet. To increase catches, add a dime-sized portion of protein such as fish, cat food, hotdog, or hamburger. Slide the included twist-tie hanger through the hole in the lid and hang the trap away from activity areas and out of the reach of children and pets. Rinse and rebait the trap every 10 to 14 days or sooner if full. This package includes one trap, one bait packet, and one twist-tie hanger.
